Alphabet Apperciation Topic

This thread is for appreciation of all kinds of alphabets that exist in the world. I think that we should start with a classic, the Greek alphabet. Which one is your favourite symbol? I might be a bit biased here but I obviously think that π is the best.

π is definitely great; Γ and Σ are both also upstanding Greek alphabetical symbols.

Great choices! One letter that's always troublesome to write on paper is ξ, and it's used quite a lot in assorted mathematics when you want to use another symbol for x and don't want to use x0.
