As Neu said, it will melt your face.

I fucking love this game.

Stooben just got it for me yesterday.
if it can't be found in the US, it's not worth learning about.

I find this game the best of 2010, simply because it's indie love AND 8-bit love put together in a blender to make Super Mario Brother's skinless demigod child.  Everything, from the graphics to the music to the characters is great. Except for The Kid's warp zone, that thing is made from Satan's armpit hair.

IWBTG was a better face-meltingly hard platformer but Super Meat Boy isn't bad either. I got bored with it and never got past world 5 but

Seems to me like you only completed the Light World.

When I said it was better I didn't mean harder, I meant more enjoyable. I have no doubt the dark world gets at least as hard as IWBTG.

Maybe it's just cause I played it with a keyboard, but I found the control attrocious.

I play it with a keyboard, and I'm just fine with it.

Well, except when it comes to precise wall jumping.

That's a serious bitch.

I also found the controls annoyingly unresponsive. Then the game crashed and I can't get it working again, which I can only guess is part of the challenge.
